Time is the measure of the change of matter in space.
The measure of the motion of atoms in space.
The measure of the motion of planets in space.
The measure of the movement of the galaxy in space.
The measure of the motion of the universe in space.
One can neither relativize the time, nor postulate a space-time. All of this is nonsense.
