Utter Nonsense. Man can only hear the background noise within the Milky Way. And only from the vicinity of the earth !!!!!

Never from outer space background.

No antenna and no satellite can capture a noise outside the universe !!!! To the limits of the universe No one can listen. Listen to a distance of 13 billion years noise?
